In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

• Build and configure 3D assets and environments in simulation platforms (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, MuJoCo, or similar).
• Translate real-world objects and instruments into simulation, matching geometry, scale, material, and physical behavior.
• Collaborate with scientists and subject-matter experts to validate accuracy of simulated environments.
• Tune physical parameters (mass, friction, collision properties, joint dynamics) so simulated objects behave like their real counterparts.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between simulated and real-world behavior.

• Hands-on experience with at least one robotics/physics simulation platform (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, MuJoCo, Unity, Unreal, PyBullet, etc.).
• Background in 3D modeling, CAD, or environment design.
• Understanding of physics simulation (rigid body dynamics, materials, sensors).
• Strong collaboration skills working with scientific/technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in matching real-world fidelity.
