• An experienced start-up CEO with significant professional experience within the EU or UK.
• Proficient in developing strategies, raising capital, building teams, and driving new ventures from ideation through growth.
• Skilled at evaluating business documentation, company structures, and operational decisions.
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback.
