In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true surgical reasoning, authentic clinical documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional surgical work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about surgical processes at scale.

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to surgical procedures, documentation, risk management, and practical aspects of surgical work.
• Evaluate AI responses for clinical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world surgical requirements.
• Draft realistic surgical scenarios based on your direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. surgeon, patient, surgical nurse, or regulator).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated surgical content.

• A senior-level surgeon with significant professional experience within the EU or UK.
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing surgical procedures and documentation.
• Skilled at evaluating clinical methodologies, compliance, and records.
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback.
