As a Handshake AI fellowship participant, you’ll help advance the creative capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) in visual storytelling, brand design, and professional communication. The Handshake AI Fellowship program runs all year, with opportunities varying by design specialization.

The position is remote and asynchronous - work independently from wherever you are.

Learn new skills while contributing to the changing world of AI across various disciplines.

Flexible hours and the ability to work remotely, with no minimum commitment to hours.

Placement into a project will be dependent on project availability.

• Project work includes and is not limited to developing domain-specific prompts/inputs and evaluating LLM responses.
• Dedicate time researching topics that are interesting to you, with the assistance of AI.

• Must have a bachelor's degree and have at least 2+ years of work experience in design.
• Must have full-time work experience as a brand designer, product designer, digital designer, visual designer, creative or art directors.
• Must have a design portfolio to showcase.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously within a distributed team and with AI research partners.
• Belief that your creative insight can surpass current AI in visualizing and explaining business concepts.
