Responsibilities
- Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts.
- Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns.
- Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free from background noise.
- Complete metadata forms accurately describing each recording session.
- Participate in both scripted reading sessions and open-ended conversational recordings.
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Clear, natural speaking voice — no formal training needed.
- Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded.
- Reliable and consistent when completing task-based work independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in podcasting, narration, broadcasting, or public speaking.
- Familiarity with audio recording tools or software.
- Ability to adapt your delivery across different tones and styles — conversational, formal, expressive.
- Background in communications, education, performance, or media.
Experience and education
- No voice acting, broadcasting, or AI experience required.
Equipment requirements
Access to a quiet recording environment at home.
A microphone, headset, or smartphone capable of capturing good audio quality.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Germany
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
