Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm.
- Identify content that is misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with established guidelines.
- Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues.
- Work across a wide range of topics and content types, keeping the work varied and engaging.
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively.
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology.
- A clear and articulate writer who can communicate reasoning effectively.
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you follow guidelines and maintain quality at scale.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred skills
- Background in ethics, law, journalism, social science, or public policy.
- Experience evaluating content for quality, accuracy, or compliance.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows.
- Exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts or bias-related topics.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required.

10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
