Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for bias, stereotypes, and potentially harmful material.
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, appropriate, and inclusive for diverse audiences.
- Flag ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback.
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of tasks and content types.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology.
- Strong critical thinker who can hold and weigh multiple perspectives at once.
- Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the complexity of real-world issues.
- Clear and articulate written communicator.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations.
Preferred skills
- Experience in fields like journalism, education, social work, policy, or advocacy.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows.
- Background in research, critical analysis, or quality evaluation.
Experience and education
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
