• Review and transcribe raw audio content, including spoken conversations, calls, and other audio recordings.
• Identify, classify, and assess personally identifiable information, sensitive data, and privacy-related risks conveyed through audio.
• Perform risk assessment on audio content involving safety, policy compliance, sensitive topics, and contextual ambiguity.
• Evaluate AI model outputs derived from audio for correctness, completeness, relevance, risk classification, and guideline adherence, where applicable.
• Apply complex, frequently updated annotation guidelines consistently and with sound judgment.
• Handle potentially sensitive, unsafe, or policy-sensitive audio content responsibly and professionally.
• Manage own schedule and task throughput within agreed project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Escalate ambiguous cases, guideline gaps, tooling issues, and edge cases to project leads or quality teams.

• Previous transcription / audio annotation experience is a plus.

Access to a computer, good headphones, and stable internet.

Work arrangement: Fully remote

$4/Hour.
