Responsibilities
Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness, logic, and quality.
Identify bugs, edge cases, logical errors, and inefficiencies.
Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics.
Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning.
Work across a variety of programming challenges spanning multiple difficulty levels.
Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language.
Analytical thinker with a sharp eye for logic and detail.
Clear written communicator — you can explain technical concepts in plain language.
Self-motivated and consistent in your evaluations.
Preferred skills
Familiarity with multiple programming languages.
Experience with debugging, code review, or software testing.
Background in software development, computer science, or a related technical field.
Prior exposure to AI tools or developer workflows.
Experience and education
No computer science degree or professional coding experience required — hobbyists and self-taught developers are strongly encouraged to apply.
