Responsibilities
- Author realistic case scenarios with radiographic findings and treatment plans.
- Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each treatment decision.
- Grade model output for diagnostic accuracy and standard of care.
- Flag unsafe, out of scope, or fabricated clinical guidance and say precisely why.

Required skills
- Breadth across restorative, endodontics, periodontics, and treatment planning.
Preferred skills
- Specialty training (endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics).
- Faculty appointment or continuing education teaching.
- Radiographic interpretation depth and practice ownership experience.
Experience and education
- DDS or DMD with an active, unencumbered US dental license.
- 2+ years of clinical practice.
- Breadth across restorative, endodontics, periodontics, and treatment planning.
- You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another dentist to follow it.

- Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning.
Assessment requirements
Apply at /apply/dentist-expert. About five minutes. Resume plus a few structured questions.
Resume review. Every application gets read against a published rubric and gets a decision.
Written assessment. You may be asked to take a written assessment for further placement.
Onboarding. Sign the contractor agreement, connect Stripe, and get platform access.
Project match. You're matched to live work in your specialty, usually within a week of onboarding.
Schedule details
Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.
Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.
Time Commitment: 10 hours/week.
Start Date: ASAP.
End Date: Ongoing.

Compensation details
- $100 - $155/hr.
- $100 to $155/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.
