Responsibilities
Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains such as circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to rigorously test AI performance.
Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as ground-truth benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation.
Audit AI Outputs — Review and evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.).
Improve AI Reasoning — Identify logical errors and flaws in AI-generated engineering reasoning, then provide structured, actionable feedback to strengthen model performance.
Required skills
Strong foundational expertise in one or more core domains: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, embedded systems, or signal processing.
Able to communicate highly technical concepts clearly and concisely in written form.
Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation.
Preferred skills
Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems.
Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows.
Background in engineering simulation tools or CAD software.
Experience and education
Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
No prior AI or data annotation experience required.
