Responsibilities
Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows.
Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world plausibility.
Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI describes system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models understand healthcare IT.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
Ability to critically evaluate technical content and identify inaccuracies.
Clear written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
Preferred skills
Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows.
Background in clinical informatics or healthcare IT consulting.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare systems (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
Experience and education
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms — particularly Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
