What to Consider Before Applying

Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. • Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Bengali reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows).
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations.
• Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality.
• Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety.
• Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in Indian healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations.

• Native Bengali with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors.
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards.
• Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content.
