Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to EMR/EHR configuration, workflows, and clinical system implementation.
- Apply your expertise in Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to assess the accuracy and quality of AI outputs.
- Review and annotate scenarios involving system rollouts, workflow optimization, and clinical data management.
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated healthcare IT guidance.
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI handles complex healthcare system challenges.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
- Ability to assess whether system configurations and implementation plans reflect real-world best practices.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide clear, structured written feedback.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows.
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or CCD.
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or healthcare project management.
- Epic or Cerner certification.
Experience and education
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
- No prior AI experience required — your healthcare IT expertise is what matters.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible regions: Birmingham
Compensation details
$35–$75 per hour.
