Responsibilities
- Author realistic ALS scenarios from dispatch through transfer of care.
- Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each intervention.
- Grade model output for protocol accuracy and patient safety.
- Flag treatment plans that read right but would code the patient.

Required skills
- Depth in cardiology, airway management, and pharmacology.
Preferred skills
- Critical care or flight credentials (FP-C, CCP-C).
- FTO, field supervisor, or EMS education experience.
- High acuity urban system or tactical EMS background.
Experience and education
- NRP certification with an active state paramedic license.
- 2+ years of ALS field experience on a 911 service.
- Depth in cardiology, airway management, and pharmacology.
- You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another medic to follow it.

- Clear written English for documenting clinical decisions under pressure.
Assessment requirements
Apply at /apply/paramedic-expert. About five minutes. Resume plus a few structured questions.
Resume review. Every application gets read against a published rubric and gets a decision.
Written assessment. You may be asked to take a written assessment for further placement.
Onboarding. Sign the contractor agreement, connect Stripe, and get platform access.
Project match. You're matched to live work in your specialty, usually within a week of onboarding.
Schedule details
Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.
Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.
Time Commitment: 10 hours/week.
Start Date: ASAP.
End Date: Ongoing.

Compensation details
- $55 - $80/hr.
- $55 to $80/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.
