Responsibilities
Watch short film or video clips and break them down into structured, beat-by-beat visual descriptions.
Describe camera movement, framing, blocking, pacing, and mood with precision.
Communicate tone and emotional atmosphere through purely visual indicators — no dialogue references.
Follow standardized formatting guidelines to produce consistent scene summaries and beat breakdowns.
Maintain high quality and consistency across a large volume of scene descriptions.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
Genuinely interested in film, television, or visual storytelling.
Able to articulate what you see on screen with clarity and specificity.
Strong structured writing skills with an eye for detail.
Comfortable re-watching clips to ensure accuracy and completeness.
