Responsibilities
Write detailed grading rubrics for assignments, essays, problem sets, and multi-step reasoning tasks.
Produce exemplar student responses at multiple proficiency levels, with structured feedback.
Draft short research briefs explaining common misconceptions, cognitive scaffolds, and pedagogical strategies.
Create instructional materials: guided inquiry sequences, reading comprehension tasks, problem-solving breakdowns, and more.
Evaluate model outputs and flag issues with reasoning, structure, clarity, or pedagogy.
Required skills
Strong understanding of rubric design, assessment standards, and high school-level pedagogy.
Interest in supporting the development of next-generation AI educational tools.
Preferred skills
Experience with AP/IB curriculum design or standards alignment.
Degree in Education, English, Math, Science, History, or a related fiel.
Background in instructional design, literacy development, or competition coaching (debate, math, writing).
Experience and education
2+ years teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development at the high school level.
Experience evaluating student work and articulating reasoning-based feedback.
