Responsibilities
Develop high-quality paralegal questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as legal research, citation formats, document drafting, discovery management, trial preparation, client communication, case file organization, and more.
Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to paralegal best practices and legal standards.
Collaborate with a team of legal and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.
Required skills
Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred skills
Multiple years of paralegal experience, ideally across diverse practice areas (litigation, corporate, real estate, family law, etc.).
Prior involvement in legal technology initiatives, legal training programs, or process improvement projects.
Advanced paralegal certifications (CP, ACP, RP) or specialized legal training is a plus.

Experience and education
