What to Consider Before Applying

Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won't receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed.

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Assamese or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, compliance reviews).
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology environments.

• Native-level Assamese with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Indian business environments.
