Responsibilities
Develop high-quality production questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as script interpretation, shot composition, talent direction, production scheduling, budget management, creative problem-solving, post-production workflows, and more.
Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to production best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with a team of media production and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.
Required skills
Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred skills
Multiple years of production experience, ideally across diverse formats and genres (film, television, theater, commercials, digital content, etc.).
Prior involvement in production training, industry guilds/associations, or media technology initiatives.
Experience with budgeting, crew management, post-production, or distribution is a plus.
Familiarity with AI or technology-driven production applications is a plus.
Experience and education
Bachelor's degree in Film, Theater, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven experience as a producer, director, or in media production leadership with a robust understanding of production workflows and creative processes.
