Responsibilities
Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a variety of platforms and formats.
Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, and overall quality.
Identify content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or inappropriate.
Provide structured feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and voice.
Rate content using clear evaluation frameworks and written commentary.
Complete task-based assignments independently, on your own schedule.
Required skills
An active social media user with genuine familiarity with current trends, formats, and platform culture.
Able to recognize what makes content engaging, authentic, and shareable — and what falls flat.
Culturally aware and attuned to nuance, context, and tone.
Detail-oriented with a consistent, thoughtful approach to evaluation.
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
Experience in content creation, community management, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
Familiarity with multiple platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Background in communications, journalism, media, or cultural studies.
Experience with quality evaluation or content moderation workflows.
Experience and education
No marketing, content creation, or AI experience required.
