Responsibilities
- Craft original, diverse, and carefully designed prompts across a wide range of topics and formats.
- Design questions and scenarios that test AI reasoning, creativity, accuracy, and safety.
- Think adversarially — write prompts that expose blind spots and push AI beyond easy answers.
- Follow prompt-writing guidelines and style frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
- Iterate and refine your prompts based on structured feedback and evolving project needs.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A creative thinker with strong written communication skills.
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across many different subjects.
- Able to write clearly and precisely on diverse topics without deep subject-matter expertise.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background in writing, journalism, education, research, or communications.
- Experience with critical analysis, debate, or logic-based problem solving.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user.
- Broad general knowledge across multiple subject areas.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, technical, or prompt engineering experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Thailand
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
