Responsibilities
- Run AI-generated code and evaluate whether it behaves as expected.
- Hunt for bugs, edge cases, logic errors, and unexpected outputs.
- Document test results clearly using structured formats and evaluation rubrics.
- Assess code readability and suggest meaningful improvements.
- Work across a variety of programming languages and problem types.
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Comfortable reading and running simple programs in at least one language.
- Logical thinker who naturally spots when something doesn't add up.
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you don't let things slip through the cracks.
- Able to communicate findings clearly in writing.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with a code editor or online IDE (VS Code, Replit, etc.).
- Experience with any programming language — Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, and others welcome.
- Background in debugging, scripting, or technical problem-solving.
- Interest in AI systems and how they generate code.
Experience and education
- No formal QA, software engineering, or computer science background required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Germany
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
