Mathematics Expert

micro1 is engaging Mathematics Experts for a high-impact customer project. You will use your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by evaluating mathematical reasoning and creating high-quality examples. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of work

• Review and solve advanced problems in pure and applied mathematics.
• Develop clear explanations, proofs, and technical analyses.
• Evaluate the accuracy and rigor of mathematical outputs produced by AI systems.
• Create and annotate domain-specific datasets for training and benchmarking.
• Document methods and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Collaborate remotely with other subject-matter experts.

Preferred qualifications

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience writing mathematical proofs, research papers, or technical reports.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote engagement.
