1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thriveth.com, jobs.thriveth.com, member accounts, job and company information, saved jobs, alerts, reviews, and related Thriveth services.

Thriveth is registered in the Dutch Business Register under number 59082852 and VAT identification number NL002109795B56.

Contact Thriveth at info@thriveth.com.

By creating an account or using a member feature, you agree to these Terms. Rules concerning public content and acceptable use also apply when you browse public pages.

2. The Service and its limits

Thriveth is an independent information and member platform for AI data training work. It may provide job listings, company information, saved jobs, alerts, a private application-link record, ratings, reviews, editorial selections, and separately disclosed optional referral routes.

Thriveth is not the employer, does not process the external company's application, and does not decide who is interviewed, selected, engaged, classified, or paid. Any application, assessment, contract, work, or payment relationship is between you and the relevant company or its client.

Job information can change or become incomplete. Before applying or accepting work, check the original company page and confirm current eligibility, pay, currency, location, hours, assessment, classification, and contract terms. Thriveth does not guarantee selection, available work, earnings, payment, or another particular outcome.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to agree to these Terms, and provide accurate account information. Membership is free and nothing is available for purchase through the Service under these Terms.

You are responsible for activity through your account and for securing the account and device used to sign in. Do not share access, impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or attempt to obtain staff permissions. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may stop using Thriveth and close your account at any time.

4. Saved jobs, alerts, and application links

Saved jobs and alerts are organizational tools. A saved job may still expire or be removed, and delivery of an alert is not guaranteed.

When a signed-in member opens an application link, Thriveth may record the job, route, time, and limited related activity. This private record does not prove that an application was submitted and does not give Thriveth the contents of the external application. If enabled, Thriveth may later ask whether you submitted.

External companies control their own application, assessment, onboarding, work, and payment processes.

5. Referrals, rankings, and commercial transparency

Where both a direct company route and an optional referral route are available, they are presented separately. If you choose a referral route and satisfy the relevant conditions, Thriveth may receive a referral reward. The company controls referral eligibility and hiring decisions.

A referral does not guarantee screening, selection, work, hours, or payment and does not affect company ratings, review moderation, or editorial selection.

Search and ranking may use the visitor's search or filter choices, structured job information, recency, and editorial criteria. Any paid prominence introduced in the future will be clearly labeled as sponsored.

6. Review eligibility and privacy

A review must describe your genuine first-hand application or work experience and be truthful to the best of your knowledge. Thriveth may require a private application trail or proportionate evidence of the relationship and timeframe before publication.

Private evidence is used only for verification, moderation, disputes, and enforcing these Terms. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents, confidential company or client material, or another person's personal data.

Public review text must not identify company employees or other individuals. Avoid uniquely identifying anecdotes and generalize the experience where necessary while keeping the material facts accurate.

7. Review rules

Do not submit content that is false, fabricated, misleading, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, privacy-invasive, confidential, infringing, manipulative, promotional, malicious, or unrelated to the experience being reviewed. Do not include trade secrets, assessment content, security information, malware, unsafe links, or personal data about another person.

You may criticize a company and describe a negative experience. Positive and negative reviews are assessed under the same rules, and Thriveth does not pay for positive reviews.

8. Moderation, reports, and appeals

Reviews submitted for publication are moderated. Thriveth may approve them, reject them, request a revision, restrict them, or remove them to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or address credible evidence of error or manipulation. Moderation does not mean that every statement has been independently proven.

Public ratings are calculated from approved reviews. Application-process and work-experience ratings may be presented separately. An otherwise eligible review is not excluded merely because its rating is unfavorable.

To report illegal content or another serious review issue, email info@thriveth.com. Include the exact page or review, a clear explanation of the legal or factual concern, supporting information, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the report is accurate and made in good faith. Thriveth will acknowledge the report, assess it diligently, and communicate the outcome where contact details are available.

When Thriveth restricts a member's content or account, it will provide a clear reason and information about available review or appeal options unless doing so is prohibited by law or would create a material safety or security risk. A member may request human review by emailing from the address connected to the account.

9. License for member content

You retain ownership of original review text you create. By submitting it, you grant Thriveth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, publish, and display it as needed to operate the Service. The license lasts while the content is submitted or published and for a reasonable technical backup period after withdrawal, subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

10. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not break the law; interfere with security or access controls; access another member's data; create automated accounts, clicks, applications, ratings, or reviews; misuse referral links; or systematically extract the Service in a way that overloads it, circumvents controls, or creates a competing database, except where law expressly permits it.

The Thriveth name, branding, original editorial content, site design, and software belong to Thriveth or its licensors. Company names, logos, and source material remain the property of their respective owners. You may use public pages for personal job research, share public links, and make reasonable quotations with attribution.

11. External services

Thriveth links to company websites, application systems, and other third-party services. Their terms, privacy practices, security, accessibility, and availability are controlled by them. A link does not mean Thriveth controls or guarantees the destination.

12. Suspension, account closure, and service changes

You can withdraw a review, download available account data, and delete your account through the account area or by contacting info@thriveth.com if the tools are unavailable. Review withdrawal and personal-data deletion are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Thriveth may restrict content, suspend features, or close an account where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach, fraud, manipulation, security risk, legal requirement, harm to others, or misuse of the Service. We consider the nature, frequency, and impact of the conduct and provide notice, a reason, and an appeal route where legally and practically possible.

Thriveth may change or discontinue a feature for legal, security, operational, or service reasons. Reasonable notice will be given when a change materially affects active members and advance notice is practical.

13. Availability and liability

Thriveth aims to keep the Service available and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider failures, attacks, legal requirements, or other events may interrupt the Service.

Thriveth remains responsible where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another category that cannot legally be limited.

Within those limits, Thriveth is responsible only for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by its failure to meet a legal or contractual duty. Thriveth is not responsible for a company's hiring decision, assessment, work availability, classification, contract, payment, conduct, or external website, or for information changed by a third party where Thriveth took reasonable care.

You should verify important information and take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss.

14. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy explains how Thriveth uses personal data. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and browser storage. These policies do not reduce your rights under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

Thriveth may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. The latest date appears at the top. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change affecting members. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change takes effect.

Changes do not apply retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed.

16. Governing law, disputes, and contact

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim that apply in your country of residence.

Please contact info@thriveth.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. If it cannot be resolved, a dispute may be submitted to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law gives you the right to use another court or procedure.

Questions, complaints, reports, and legal notices can be emailed to info@thriveth.com or sent to Thriveth, Oder 20 Box D4441, 2491 DC The Hague, The Netherlands. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or confidential company data by ordinary email.
