Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm.
- Identify content that is misleading, inappropriate, or misaligned with established guidelines.
- Write clear, structured feedback on policy-related issues to help improve AI behavior.
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios.
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively.
- Someone with a natural interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or social impact.
- A clear and precise writer — you can articulate your reasoning in structured formats.
- Detail-oriented and consistent, even when working through high volumes of content.
- Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote, async environment.
Preferred skills
- Background in philosophy, law, journalism, social sciences, or public policy.
- Experience with content moderation, research, or quality evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI systems or content guidelines as an end user.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
