Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material.
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences.
- Identify ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback.
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of tasks and content types.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, or social impact.
- A strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives.
- Attentive to nuance and cultural sensitivity across diverse communities.
- A clear and effective written communicator.
- Consistent and reliable in applying evaluation guidelines.
Preferred skills
- Experience in fields like social science, journalism, policy, education, or advocacy.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows.
- Awareness of bias, representation, and inclusion issues across different cultures and contexts.
Experience and education
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
