Responsibilities
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows.
- Review and assess AI outputs covering topics such as system configuration, clinical process design, and EHR best practices.
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated healthcare technology content.
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models produce more accurate and clinically sound outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
- Ability to evaluate technical healthcare content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability.
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows.
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
- Epic or Cerner certification.
Experience and education
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible regions: Sheffield
Compensation details
$35–$75 per hour.
