Responsibilities
- Author realistic quality scenarios from event report through corrective action plan.
- Write reference answers with the methodology behind each analysis.
- Grade model output for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy.
- Flag analyses that look thorough but would miss the systemic cause.

Required skills
- Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness.
Preferred skills
- CPHQ, CPPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Joint Commission, CMS, or state survey experience.
- HEDIS, star ratings, or registry abstraction experience.
Experience and education
- Clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification.
- 2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement.
- Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness.
- You can write improvement plans clearly enough for another quality professional to follow them.

- Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans.
Assessment requirements

Schedule details
Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.
Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.
Time Commitment: 10 hours/week.
Start Date: ASAP.
End Date: Ongoing.

Compensation details
- $80 - $120/hr.
- $80 to $120/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.
