Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and refine English content across a wide variety of topics and formats.
- Evaluate AI-generated text for clarity, accuracy, tone, and overall quality.
- Identify grammatical errors, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and structural issues.
- Apply detailed style guidelines consistently across diverse writing tasks.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems produce better output.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Naturally detail-oriented — you notice what others miss.
- Able to assess writing quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
- Comfortable adapting to varied writing styles, tones, and subject matter.
Preferred skills
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, content strategy, or communications.
- Experience with proofreading, copyediting, or style guide application.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user.
- Experience in quality assurance, research, or critical analysis.
Experience and education
- No prior AI or tech experience required.
Language requirements
- Native or near-native English fluency with a strong command of written language.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
