Responsibilities
- Write original, creative prompts across a wide variety of topics, formats, and difficulty levels.
- Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, accuracy, and creativity.
- Craft prompts that probe for edge cases, ambiguity, and potential failure points in AI responses.
- Develop prompts that evaluate AI safety and responsible behavior.
- Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
- Iterate and refine prompts based on structured feedback and evolving project needs.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across diverse subject areas.
- Able to think laterally and construct scenarios that are nuanced, specific, or deliberately tricky.
- Comfortable working within structured guidelines while bringing your own creativity.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach.
Preferred skills
- Experience in writing, editing, journalism, content creation, or storytelling.
- Background in research, education, logic, or critical thinking.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user.
- Broad general knowledge across multiple subject areas.
Experience and education
- No AI, technical, or academic background required.
Language requirements
- A creative thinker with strong written communication skills in English.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Portugal
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
