Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful messaging.
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences.
- Identify ethical concerns and articulate your reasoning through structured written feedback.
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types.
- Push AI systems toward more equitable and responsible behavior through your evaluations.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Genuinely interested in fairness, social impact, or ethical questions — in any context.
- A critical thinker who can hold multiple perspectives at once and reason through complexity.
- Culturally aware and sensitive to how language and framing can affect different communities.
- A clear, precise writer who can explain your thinking in structured formats.
- Self-motivated and consistent in your approach to evaluation tasks.
Preferred skills
- Experience in areas like policy, social work, journalism, education, law, or advocacy.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation as a user or professional.
- Background in writing, research, or qualitative analysis.
- Exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks.
Experience and education
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Spain
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
