Responsibilities
- Design rigorous, advanced biology questions to test and challenge AI performance.
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and quality of reasoning.
- Identify gaps, errors, and weaknesses in AI outputs across biology domains.
- Collaborate with research teams to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains.
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
- Comfortable providing structured, critical feedback.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research benchmarking.
- Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, or related specializations.
- Background in academic writing or scientific peer review.
Experience and education
- Currently pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- No prior AI experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible regions: New Delhi
Compensation details
$35–$55 per hour.
