Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and refine English content across a wide range of topics and formats.
- Review AI-generated text for clarity, accuracy, tone, grammar, and consistency.
- Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and stylistic inconsistencies that others might miss.
- Apply detailed style guidelines with precision and consistency across varied tasks.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI language quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Naturally detail-oriented — you notice things others overlook.
- Comfortable evaluating diverse writing styles, tones, and subject areas.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in writing, editing, journalism, copywriting, or communications.
- Background in proofreading, content quality assurance, or publishing.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools or content platforms as an end user.
Experience and education
- No specific academic or professional background required.
Language requirements
- Native or near-native English fluency with strong written communication skills.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: South Africa
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
