Responsibilities
- Craft original, diverse, and imaginative prompts across a wide range of topics — from science and philosophy to creative writing and everyday reasoning.
- Design questions and scenarios specifically engineered to challenge AI logic, creativity, and accuracy.
- Develop prompts that probe for safety, consistency, and model limitations.
- Follow style guides and structured prompt-writing frameworks to ensure quality and consistency.
- Iterate and refine your prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs.
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace.
Required skills
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across many different subject areas.
- Able to write clearly and precisely on a broad range of topics.
- Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them consistently.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background in writing, journalism, education, philosophy, or creative fields.
- Experience with copywriting, content creation, or instructional design.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user.
- Broad general knowledge spanning multiple domains.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, tech, or research experience required.
Language requirements
- A creative thinker with strong written communication skills in English.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Eligible countries: Türkiye
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
