Review AI-generated content for bias, stereotypes, harmful language, and ethical concerns.
Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate for diverse, real-world audiences.
Flag issues clearly and provide structured written feedback using evaluation guidelines.
Apply fairness and safety standards consistently across a wide range of topics and content types.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology.
Strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives.
Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the ways language can cause harm.
