Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness.
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines.
- Write clear, structured feedback explaining your reasoning and flagging issues.
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios.
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively.
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology.
- A clear and concise written communicator.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background in law, philosophy, journalism, social sciences, or public policy.
- Experience reviewing or moderating content at scale.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows.
- Exposure to concepts like algorithmic bias, misinformation, or digital rights.
Experience and education
- No prior experience in AI, ethics, or policy required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Argentina
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
