Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness.
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or misaligned with policy guidelines.
- Write clear, structured feedback on policy-related issues and flag edge cases for review.
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios.
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively.
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible AI.
- A clear and concise written communicator who can articulate reasoning well.
- Detail-oriented and consistent — able to apply guidelines systematically across varied content.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred skills
- Background in philosophy, law, journalism, social sciences, or public policy.
- Experience with content moderation, editorial review, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows.
- Interest in emerging technology and its societal impact.
Experience and education
- No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
