Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical alignment criteria.
- Classify outputs based on compliance standards, accuracy, and potential for harm.
- Flag content that could be misleading, biased, or inappropriate.
- Write clear, structured feedback detailing policy-related issues and reasoning.
- Work across a wide variety of topics, content types, and use cases.
- Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively and consistently.
- Someone with a genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or social issues.
- A clear and concise written communicator who can articulate reasoning well.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured evaluation frameworks.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background in philosophy, law, social sciences, journalism, or public policy.
- Familiarity with concepts like algorithmic bias, content moderation, or AI safety.
- Experience evaluating content quality in any professional or academic context.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Portugal
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
