Responsibilities
- Design challenging, graduate-level biology problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge.
- Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear scientific logic.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning.
- Identify gaps and errors in AI outputs across a range of biology sub-disciplines.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks from undergraduate through Masters-level topics.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains.
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts.
- Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology).
Experience and education
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- No prior AI experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$35–$55 per hour.
