Responsibilities
- Design challenging biology questions to rigorously test AI performance across advanced topics.
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of understanding.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level biology.
- Provide structured feedback that directly improves how leading AI models handle scientific content.
Required skills
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains.
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and deliver structured, constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking.
- Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology).
Experience and education
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- No prior AI experience required — your biology expertise is what matters.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Germany
Compensation details
$35–$55 per hour.
