Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, harmful stereotypes, or safety concerns.
- Evaluate whether AI responses are appropriate, fair, and suitable for diverse audiences.
- Identify ethical issues and provide clear, structured written feedback.
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of topics and content types.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology.
- A strong critical thinker who can consider multiple perspectives and spot subtle nuance.
- Culturally aware and sensitive to how content may affect different communities.
- A clear and concise written communicator.
- Self-motivated and consistent when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background in social sciences, humanities, journalism, policy, or a related field.
- Experience evaluating content for quality, tone, or appropriateness.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows.
- Exposure to concepts like algorithmic bias, content safety, or digital ethics.
Experience and education
- No formal AI, ethics, or academic background required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
