You'll apply your language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate and strengthen how these models handle sensitive topics in Dutch as it is spoken in Belgium. No prior AI/ML experience is required — we'll train you on the workflow.

Contract and Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
Responsibilities
Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.
Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments.
Required skills
Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in Belgium, plus business-level written English.
A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Preferred skills
Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.

Eligible countries: Belgium
Currently based in Belgium. This role covers the Belgian variety of Dutch specifically; a separate role covers Netherlands Dutch.

Compensation details
Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
