Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content for bias, stereotypes, harmful messaging, and ethical red flags.
- Evaluate whether AI responses are appropriate, fair, and safe for diverse audiences.
- Apply structured fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics.
- Flag concerns clearly and provide detailed written feedback using evaluation tools.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Thoughtful and principled — you care about fairness, inclusion, and doing what's right.
- Strong critical thinker with the ability to hold multiple perspectives simultaneously.
- Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the subtleties of language.
- Clear and precise written communicator.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background or interest in social justice, psychology, journalism, philosophy, or policy.
- Experience evaluating content for quality, tone, or appropriateness.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows.
- Awareness of cultural sensitivity across different communities or regions.
Experience and education
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
