Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content for bias, safety risks, and ethical alignment.
- Classify outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria.
- Flag content that is harmful, misleading, or policy-violating.
- Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues.
- Work across diverse topics and content types — no two days look the same.
- Complete assignments independently and on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively.
- Someone with a genuine interest in ethics, policy, fairness, or social responsibility.
- A clear, precise written communicator.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background in philosophy, law, social sciences, journalism, or public policy.
- Experience reviewing or evaluating content in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, legal, or policy experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
