Responsibilities
- Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and scientific accuracy.
- Develop clear, step-by-step model solutions that demonstrate expert-level biological thinking.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of reasoning.
- Collaborate with research teams to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology topics.
- Provide structured, high-quality feedback that directly improves AI performance in the life sciences.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biological domains.
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment.
Preferred skills
- Experience in data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems.
- Background in research, academic writing, or scientific peer review.
- Familiarity with large language models or AI tools.
Experience and education
- Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- No prior AI experience required — your biology expertise is what matters.

10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$35–$55 per hour.
